Beverly's is the Resort's flagship restaurant, serving Northwest-inspired cuisine and delivering high-end dining with lakefront views and a world-class wine collection.
We're looking for a Food Expeditor to help keep service moving and ensure every dish looks and tastes perfect before it leaves the kitchen.
Job Basics:
+ Location: Coeur d'Alene, Idaho
+ Schedule: Full-time; evening and weekend availability required
+ Physical Requirements: Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
In This Role, You Will:
+ Keep communication flowing between the kitchen and front-of-house
+ Monitor timing and pace of orders
+ Check each dish for presentation and accuracy before it's served
+ Add final touches like garnishes and sauces
+ Help keep expo and pass-through areas clean and organized
+ Jump in to support the kitchen team as needed
What We're Looking For:
+ Experience as a food runner, expeditor, or in a fast-paced kitchen
+ Good eye for detail and plate presentation
+ Strong multitasking and communication skills
+ Calm and focused during busy services
+ Familiar with basic kitchen safety practices
+ Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs
