    We're looking for a strong, people-focused leader to join our team as the Director of Catering & Conference Services. This role is key to delivering exceptional events, from the first inquiry to the final toast. The right person will be skilled in team development, client communication, and event execution, and will bring a genuine passion for hospitality.

     

    What You'll Do

     

    + Work closely with clients to plan and execute memorable events

    + Lead and support the catering and conference services team

    + Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless event delivery

    + Actively pursue new business and help develop strategies to grow revenue

    + Build event budgets and work toward financial goals

    + Attend large events (100+ guests) and high-profile functions to support staff and ensure quality

    + Recruit, train, and mentor team members in a collaborative, supportive environment

    + Previous experience in hotel catering, event planning, or sales (2+ years preferred)
