    Overview

     

    The Assistant, Data and Analytics position is responsible for performing administrative work within the Data and Analytics team including running and sharing reports, performing regular audits of HR data, and assisting with payroll administration and reconciliation. This position will be working with multiple teams and will need to communicate effectively with people of all job levels and personalities. The ideal applicants will be eager to help on a variety of projects and be continually looking to grow their skills.

    Responsibilities

    + Run daily/weekly/monthly reports from various HR systems and share with the appropriate parties.

    + Will be the first level approver for access to various systems after verifying standard SOP’s.

    + Will have access to legacy system to verify information as needed for HR teams.

    + Identify issues or concerns around HR data and reporting and assist the team in resolving.

    + Audit HRIS data to ensure data integrity and that all data meets the organization's legal obligations.

    + Act as a liaison between multiple Publicis Groupe systems, understanding the data in each and how they are connected.

    + Understand and investigate integration related issues between systems and route it appropriate teams to handle.

    + Handle confidential and sensitive employee data seriously and respectfully.

    + Ensure compliance with rule and regulations, including the organization’s Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines

    + Assist in rollout and implementation of HR programs and systems.

    + Assist in ad-hoc projects and other functions as assigned

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of work experience; or any combination of education, training or experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position

    + Preferred experience in HR Systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft tools such as Power Query

    + Excellent customer service skills

    + Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and project simultaneously

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office products

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality

    + Positive attitude and a desire for professional growth

    + Strong team player who is outgoing and personable with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

    Compensation Range: $39,710 - $52,605 USD Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
