Description

**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring skilled **Flat Welders** for projects located in and around **New Castle, CA.** This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of up to **$25/hour** based on experience & skill level. If you are a Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

+ Perform repetitive welding tasks using .045 or 1/16 flux core wire

+ Fabricate and assemble metal components according to specifications

+ Lift & handle materials up to 50lbs safely & efficiently

+ Assist with drilling, fitting, & general fabrication work in the shop

+ Support other welders & shop personnel with ongoing projects as needed

+ Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

+ 3+ Years of Welding Experience

+ Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50lbs safely and efficiently

+ Must have Reliable Transportation

+ Hand Tools

+ Proper PPE
