    As a Corporate Governance Program Coordinator & Executive Assistant you will:

    + Coordinate and support the various research projects of the PCG and its Faculty Director;

    + Coordinate and support the activities of the Faculty Director and serve as the Faculty Director’s executive assistant;

    + Coordinate and support the PCG’s prominent and widely read online corporate governance forum;

    + Coordinate and support hiring candidates for research fellow positions and research assistant positions and other personnel matters at PCG;

    + Coordinate and support PCG events (both physical and online) such as conferences, workshops, and sessions, as well as outside corporate governance events in which the Faculty Director participates;

    + Support financial matters, such as tracking budgets, expenditures, incoming gifts and payments, processing complex corporate card transactions, web vouchers, and reimbursements, and creating periodic reports;

    + Maintain and expand databases of organizations and others with which PCG and its Faculty Director might wish to communicate with respect to their activities; and

    + Perform other tasks assigned by the Faculty Director.

    The Program on Corporate Governance at Harvard Law School (https://pcg.law.harvard.edu/) (“PCG” or the “Program”) seeks to foster research and scholarship about corporate governance and facilitate discourse in this field among academics, practitioners, and policymakers. PCG pursues an array of research projects, as well as operates the leading academic online forum in the area, the Forum on Corporate Governance (https://corpgov.law.harvard.edu/) (“Forum”).

     

    The Program has an opportunity for a Corporate Governance Program Coordinator & Executive Assistant.

     

    The position fits well for recent college graduates who consider proceeding subsequently to a professional or graduate degree in law, public policy, business, or economics; some of those who worked at PCG in the past went on to such studies. This position supports the wide array of the activities of PCG and its Faculty Director.
