    Desired Skills and Qualifications:

    + Experience with MIG welding (TIG desired)

    + Stainless steel welding experience preferred

    + Ability to read and understand Work Instructions and Mechanical blueprints

    + Experience operating overhead cranes

    + Must be able to work independently with little supervision

    + Forklift experience

    + Press Break operation (desired)

    Requirements:

    + Have past experience in welding fabricated components.

    + Must have a good knowledge of industrial machinery components.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Ability to use and have basic computer skills

    + Ability to read and understand precision measuring tools

    + Familiar with machine shop environment and safety measures

    + Maintain appropriate channels of communication
