Position Description:

Penn Medicine Medical Group is searching for a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join their team at Family Medicine Buck. The practice is located in the southern end of Lancaster County in a tight-knit community setting. As part of a highly productive team, consisting of 2 Physicians and 2 Nurse Practitioners, delivery of comprehensive care for patients of all ages from newborns to geriatrics, is their specialty. The provider team emphasizes wellness, prevention, helps patients manage chronic conditions, provides timely care in the event of an illness or injury, and brings direct access to the most advanced treatment options.

**Hours:** Full-time, Monday-Friday with potential Saturday rotation in the future. Position includes one evening per week (Wed. or Thurs.) until 8:00pm and also an on-call rotation.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Current Licensure as a Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner

+ Valid, unrestricted Federal Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) number

+ Participation as a provider in good standing in the Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare programs and such other third-party-payment programs, including managed care programs in which PMMG participates.
