    Duties/Responsibilities:

    + Ensure compliance with Internal Audit, GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and Segregation of Duties (SEGROD)

    + Compile and analyze financial information used to prepare entries

    + Review and approve all AR\AP journal entries

    + Work with Controller to analyze financial information detailing inventory, fixed assets, leases and net working capital

    + Prepare unclaimed property, property tax and sales\use tax returns on time

    + Support Concur/ Corporate credit card approvals

    + Assist cost accounting, FP&A and Director of Finance as needed

    + Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to all training made available by the company

    + Uphold company values including ethical conduct and high integrity in all actions

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Education/Experience:

    + BA/BS Degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.

    + 2+ years of experience of experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred.

    + Ability to use enterprise-level financial record-keeping software systems, spreadsheets, and email applications.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Ability to complete a high volume of work within deadlines.

    + Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    + Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

    + Good problem-solving skills.

    + Excellent knowledge of basic accounting concepts.

    + Strong attention to detail.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    + None.

    Travel:

    + Up to 10%.
