What You’ll Do

In this role, you won’t just turn wrenches—you’ll bring flight systems to life. You'll:

+ Conduct detailed pre- and post-flight inspections of avionics and instrumentation systems

+ Maintain and troubleshoot prototype aircraft electronics and electrical systems

+ Assist with installation, calibration, and testing of data acquisition and flight test equipment

+ Support test operations with activities like towing, weighing, and configuring aircraft

+ Operate and interpret test equipment to ensure accurate system performance

+ Work closely with engineers on test setups, system validation, and data integrity

+ Travel as needed to support flight testing at offsite locations

+ Take part in process improvements that enhance safety, accuracy, and innovation

What You Bring

_Required:_

+ 1+ year of experience in aerospace, avionics, or related electrical systems work

+ Training or coursework in basic avionics or electronics

+ Ability to read and interpret aircraft schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints

+ Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

+ Computer proficiency with flight operations systems and tools

_Preferred:_

+ Familiarity with data acquisition systems and test instrumentation

+ Experience working on experimental or prototype aircraft

+ Understanding of avionics technologies, physics, and flight test principles

**Pay Details:** $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
