    Are you a detail-driven quality professional with a passion for aviation? PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced **Quality Technical Analyst** to play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, safety, and reliability of world-class aerospace products. You’ll work at the front lines of quality assurance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing defects, uphold compliance standards, and influence system-level improvements.

     

    Your work will directly impact flight safety, product performance, and customer satisfaction—ensuring that only the highest-quality systems take to the skies.

     

    What You’ll Do

    As a Quality Technical Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

    + Implementing and managing quality processes, systems, and equipment to maintain compliance with design, safety, and reliability standards

    + Analyzing product specifications, engineering drawings, and contractual requirements to ensure integrity and compliance

    + Leading root cause and corrective action (RCCA) investigations across cross-functional teams, including Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Sourcing

    + Serving as a subject matter expert in quality engineering and problem-solving tools

    + Designing, programming, and implementing a fully functional RCCA application to track quality issues

    + Testing products, processes, and systems to ensure configuration management and quality compliance

    + Supporting design and product reviews to guarantee inspectability, producibility, and reliability are built into every phase

    + Communicating quality status, tracking resolution activities, and collecting objective evidence for closure of nonconformance

    + Interfacing with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies to ensure adherence to all requirements

     

    What You Bring

    Required Qualifications:

    + 7–10 years of experience in a Quality Engineering or Technical Analyst role

    + Strong experience leading root cause analysis and corrective action efforts (RCCA)

    + Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams to solve complex quality issues

    + Experience with quality system processes and regulatory compliance

    + Ability to support any assigned shift

    + Must be on-site in Kinston, NC (Local candidates preferred)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field

    + Experience designing or programming applications for quality tracking or RCCA workflows

    + Familiarity with aviation or aerospace quality standards

    + Statistical analysis skills and experience applying statistical process control (SPC) methods

    + Effective communicator with the ability to present findings to leadership and external stakeholders

    **Pay Details:** $54.00 to $57.00 per hour
