Overview

We're looking for a **Utilization Manager** to join our team. This position will directly report to the Director of Utilization Management and is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and finalizing projects related to Pharmacy, Medical Supplies and DME usage by hospice branches.

+ Reviews the daily, weekly, and monthly metrics, processes, and reporting related to PPD vendors: medical supplies, durable medical equipment, and pharmacy utilization.

+ Works closely with branch leadership to identify and deploy best-practice for utilization processes.

+ Works closely with PPD vendors to ensure service levels are at or above expectations and when indicated, develops and deploys corrective action plans for improvement.

+ This is a Remote position with travel expectations.

About You

+ Registered Nurse preferred

+ Bachelor’s degree preferred

+ 3 years experience working with data as a data analyst, or related experience

+ At least 2 years of experience planning, leading and directing complex initiativesthat are strategic in nature and national in scope

+ Experience in process improvement best practices

+ Professional presentation experience and proficient communication skills

+ Knowledge of hospice rules, regulations, policies and Conditions of Participation

+ Proven analytical skills, including data mining, evaluation, trending, and visualization

+ Able to travel up to 25% of the time
