    Position Overview:

    The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, and the business to ensure that pay programs—including base salary, bonus, and commissions—support business strategy, drive performance, and align with market practices. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with business acumen and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Analyze internal and external compensation data to evaluate competitiveness and equity of base pay, variable pay, and equity programs.

    + Support the design and maintenance of salary structures, job architecture, and leveling frameworks.

    + Lead market pricing efforts by participating in and analyzing compensation surveys and benchmarking data.

    + Provide compensation consultation and modeling for promotions, new hires, job changes, and retention initiatives.

    + Analyze incentive plans to ensure they are aligned with company objectives, drive performance, and competitive

    + Support the annual compensation planning process including merit, bonus, and equity cycles, ensuring system readiness and data integrity.

    + Create dashboards, models, and reports to support decision-making by HR and business leaders.

    + Contribute to compensation-related communications and training materials for managers and employees.

    + Support executive and broad-based compensation projects, including pay equity reviews and incentive plan modeling.

    + Collaborate with HRIS, Finance, and Legal to ensure accurate implementation and compliance of compensation programs.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).

    + 4–7 years of compensation experience; experience in both broad-based compensation preferred.

    + Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation, and FLSA/classification rules.

    + Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, modeling);

    + Direct working experience with tools Workday and MarketPay

    + Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends and translate them into actionable insights.

    + Strong knowledge of incentive compensation principles, including quota setting, tiered structures, and performance-based pay

    + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to partner and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

    + CCP or progress toward certification preferred.

     

    Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English is required.

    Pay Ranges

     

    $79,175.00 - $131,958.00

     

    This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
