Overview

We are seeking a fun, creative and compassionate individual to lead our summer camp program for our residents and children.

How you Will make a difference

• Assist with coordinating and implementing activities for children participating in summer camp.• Assist with coordinating intergenerational events during the summer camp.• Initiate quality time between residents and children during camp.• Supervision of children participating in summer camp.• Supervision of volunteers assisting with summer camp.• Assist with scheduling and coordination of volunteers.

What you Need to make a Difference

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.• Six (6) months to one (1) year experience or related experience performing activity related duties.• Practical knowledge of how an Activity Department functions in a nursing facility.• General knowledge of regulatory requirements for an activity program in a long-term care facility.
