Position Summary...

Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) is currently seeking a Senior Manager of Product Marketing to accelerate third-party seller awareness and acquisition. The successful candidate should be data-driven, with a strong background in strategy and communications, a track record of demand generation for fast-growing B2B products and a demonstrated ability to successfully partner with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to drive outcomes.

In this role, you will build and execute the WFS acquisition marketing plan, owning strategy across channels such as paid media, email, events and more. You will also own the continued refinement of the overall WFS messaging, value proposition and positioning. Working across Product, Business and Sales, you will drive the case for WFS as the fulfillment solution for sellers on Walmart’s Marketplace.

What you'll do…

+ Gain comprehensive insights into, and clearly articulate, the target customer, competitive landscape, trends and opportunities.

+ Own the continued refinement of the overarching WFS value proposition, claims, competitive differentiation messaging.

+ Develop a cohesive vision and marketing strategy for WFS awareness, demand generation and seller acquisition.

+ Understand, measure and optimize key traffic drivers (e.g., reach, frequency, conversion) to accomplish business goals.

+ Successfully weave WFS into integrated Walmart and partner organization Marketing content & communications

+ Support executive presentations and social media strategy to promote seller engagement and adoption.

You'll sweep us off our feet if…

+ Extensive prior experience developing creative and engaging content to support demand generation and customer acquisition across various mediums including paid media, email, social, keynotes.

+ Extensive experience with end-to-end development and deployment of a successful customer/seller acquisition strategy, including multi-touch onboarding journeys.

+ Experience managing internal and external Marketing, PR, Communications partners, inclusive of developing Marketing briefs, and guiding creatives.

+ Experience in B2B lifecycle marketing, offline and digital.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
