Position Summary...

Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) is currently seeking a Senior Manager of Business Analysis and Insights to lead and implement data-driven strategies that support WFS Seller Acquisition, Sales Enablement and Product Marketing. The successful candidate will need a solid background in business analysis, a demonstrated ability of driving results through strategic insights, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative environment.

In this role, you will leverage advanced analytics and data visualization to influence roadmaps for WFS across Marketing, Sales Enablement and Seller Acquisition. You will also own ongoing reporting of key metrics, support of seller segmentation efforts, and strategic project requirements and analysis. Working across Product, Business and Data Analytics, you will create feedback mechanisms and scalable solutions to accelerate the WFS value proposition.

+ Perform advanced analyses by leveraging a variety of internal data sets to support business strategies

+ Scope, develop and maintain ongoing analysis and dashboards to drive key business decisions

+ Clearly communicate and present analytical findings to team members, cross-functional stakeholders and leadership

+ Manage direct report(s) and provide mentorship to business leads

+ Continually innovate to improve stakeholder experience, insights and decision-making

You'll sweep us off our feet if…

+ You display expert proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerBi, Power Automate, PowerApps, Copilot, SharePoint) and Tableau

+ You have extensive prior experience supporting eCommerce fulfillment end-to-end solution roadmaps and aligning teams on recommendations

+ You have 5+ years of experience managing internal and external Marketing, Sales and Account Management partners

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area. 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
