Position Summary...
The Sr. Director of Marketplace Seller Support Services is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing the comprehensive strategy for marketplace seller support operations at scale. This leader will oversee key functions including strategy, analytics, learning and development, workforce management, launch readiness, and program management. The role is pivotal in ensuring a best-in-class seller experience, operational excellence, and sustained marketplace growth through innovative, data-driven, and scalable solutions.
What you'll do...
Key Responsibilities
+ **Strategic Leadership**
+ Drive the overall seller support strategy to enhance seller satisfaction, retention, and marketplace growth
+ Align and lead multiple seller support teams, including operations, analytics, L&D, workforce management, and program management
+ Set and monitor KPIs to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement across all seller support functions
+ **Analytics & Performance Management**
+ Oversee the development and implementation of analytics frameworks to measure, monitor, and improve seller support performance
+ Leverage data-driven insights to optimize processes, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions
+ **Learning & Development**
+ Build and scale comprehensive training and development programs for seller support teams to ensure high performance and continuous skill advancement
+ Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and excellence within the organization
+ **Workforce Management**
+ Lead workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management to support marketplace growth and seasonal fluctuations
+ Implement systems and processes to ensure efficient staffing and high-quality seller support at all times
+ **Launch Readiness & Program Management**
+ Oversee launch readiness for new marketplace features, products, or geographies, ensuring seamless seller onboarding and support
+ Manage high-impact, cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and risk mitigation
+ Develop and maintain playbooks, documentation, and knowledge management systems for consistent execution
+ **Operational Excellence**
+ Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to drive efficiency and reduce seller pain points
+ Ensure effective resolution of complex seller issues and escalations, maintaining high satisfaction levels
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Partner with product, technology, business development, and customer care teams to enhance the overall seller and customer experience
+ Act as a key advocate for sellers, synthesizing feedback and driving continuous improvement initiatives

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 6 years’ experience in operations, project
management, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
4 years’ supervisory experience.
