You’ll be part of the Finance Data and Product Team, where we’re revolutionizing the future of Finance with cutting-edge technologies like rolling out Gen AI and unlocking the power of data. Our Change Management team articulates a compelling narrative of our journey, making the future clearer, and celebrating our milestones.

What you'll do...

+ Support change management initiatives by aligning event content with transformation goals and executing change management strategies.

+ Develop and execute regular cadence of Finance communications, partner with graphic designer on promotional materials needed and support Finance Connect site.

+ Plan and execute event plans, overseeing logistics, budgets and attendee engagement.

+ Track and report real-time metrics and deliver monthly scorecards with insights and recommendations to enhance communications and events.

What you'll bring:

+ Expertise in event planning and creating digital communications using Spark Notifications

+ Strong collaboration skills to partner with key leaders to tell their stories

+ Innovative recommendations based on the latest change management trends

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
