What you'll do...

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to support compliance and ethics operations. This role is key to driving the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our compliance and ethics programs. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics, who in turn reports to the Director of Facilities Management, you will conduct assessments, lead investigations, and develop corrective action plans to ensure business-wide adherence to regulatory and company standards.

You’ll partner closely with internal teams and market leaders to identify risks, deliver training, and support ethical decision-making across stores and facilities. This role offers the opportunity to influence company-wide strategies, build strong cross-functional relationships, and grow your expertise in compliance, ethics, risk mitigation, and project management.

You Will Make an Impact by:

+ Supporting continuous improvement of compliance and ethics programs through assessments, audits, and corrective actions that help maintain the highest standards.

+ Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings and support decision-making across markets and stores.

+ Leading investigations into compliance and ethics issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution while protecting sensitive information.

+ Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to understand operational needs and develop strategies to reduce risk and support business goals.

+ Delivering training and educational programs to help build a strong culture of ethics and compliance throughout the organization.

+ Acting as a trusted advisor by providing guidance on ethics matters and supporting the consistent application of company policies and best practices.

+ Modeling and promoting the company’s values and commitment to integrity, ensuring these principles are embedded in everyday business activities.

What You’ll Bring:

+ Two or more years of experience in compliance, ethics, safety, or related fields.

+ Demonstrated project management and investigative skills.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

+ Ability to analyze data and extract meaningful trends to inform decisions.

+ Proven experience working collaboratively across business functions to achieve results.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in human resources, ethics and compliance, corporate communications, or related area.
