    Market Expansion Strategy:

+ Develop and execute comprehensive market entry and expansion strategies for new Fleet Management products, services, and geographical markets, identifying target segments, competitive positioning, and go-to-market approaches.

Strategic Issue Resolution & Risk Mitigation:

+ Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and internal teams to proactively identify potential client challenges and program risks, developing and implementing strategic, long-term solutions to mitigate issues and ensure sustained success.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

+ Work closely with the leadership team across Solution Delivery, Product and Operations to ensure strategic alignment, share insights, and drive coordinated execution of fleet initiatives.

+ Collaborate with the sales team to support sales efforts, including identifying new service opportunities and showcasing the value of our solutions.

+ Partner with the account management team to maximize customer retention by providing exceptional support and proactively identifying potential issues.

+ Collaborate with other Ford business groups to incorporate their offering into our Fleet Management solution.

+ Work with our Marketing team to share feedback from sales teams on support needed to generate more leads and collateral.

    Team Leadership & Development:

+ Provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members (as applicable) and influence positive change across the organization through collaboration and strategic communication.

    Performance Measurement:

+ Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to program development, market expansion success, client strategic goal achievement, retention, and growth.

    You'll have...

    + Bachelor's degree required.

+ Extensive experience in the fleet management industry, with a minimum of 15+ years overall and 10+ years specifically in strategic leadership, program management, or senior client-facing roles.

+ Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% required for client meetings, dealer visits, and industry events.

+ Proven ability to drive strategic growth and innovation, including:

+ Successfully launching new products or services, particularly into new markets.

+ Driving significant revenue contributions through business development and partnerships programs.

+ Operating effectively in dynamic or "white space" environments for solution development.

    + Deep industry knowledge, including:

+ Deep relationships within the fleet management industry.

+ Profound understanding of the ideal fleet customer experience, pain points, and industry solutions/gaps.

    Even better, you may have...

    + Master's degree strongly preferred.

+ Demonstrated leadership and organizational building skills:

+ Experience building new functions or initiatives from the ground up.

+ Experience designing and implementing effective team structures and organizational frameworks aligned with business goals.

+ Proven track record building and leading high-caliber, cross-functional teams.

+ Multidisciplinary skillset encompassing product marketing, strategic positioning within fleet, customer experience, and go-to-market (GTM) functions.

+ Highly motivated self-starter with strong strategic and creative thinking abilities.

+ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, vital for building strong client relationships and collaborating effectively across internal teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, Product).

+ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively under tight deadlines with competing resources.
