About the Team

We are a data-driven, results-oriented Finance team focused on partnering with senior leaders, CEO’s executive leadership team, and the Board of Directors to influence decisions and drive outcomes to deliver shareholder value while helping our customers save money and live better. The Senior Manager, Finance, eComm Marketplace is a critical thought role that works cross functionally to help understand, analyze, shape and transform the Marketplace business. Reporting to the Director, Finance, Marketplace, you’ll lead analysis and insights focused on long-term strategy and planning to understand performance and grow Marketplace and the broader eCommerce business.

What you'll do...

+ Generate impactful insights into business expectations during strategic planning and provide financial advice to executive leaders, facilitating informed decision-making.

+ Utilize digital transformation tools and channels to generate business insights.

+ Establish and cultivate relationships across the organization to enhance communication, align strategies, and streamline project management.

+ Drive the company strategy with excellence, deliver outstanding results, present effectively at all levels, and foster self and team development.

+ Guide and support the business in making efficient decisions, considering both costs and benefits.

+ Offer financial support and business cases for essential strategic initiatives.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.

1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.

1 year’s supervisory experience.
