Overview:

The Host Lead is responsible for modeling a high level of hospitality and making sure operations at the host stand are smooth and contribute to successful service.  They assist the leadership team in ensuring host expectations are communicated and adhered to, host systems and processes remain relevant and effective, and that hosts are creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and the rest of the team.

Intuition - able to sense how to follow guidelines to meet the needs of guests, team, and operations

Problem-solving Skills - consistently makes sound decisions with and without support

Related Qualifications

Physical Requirements : Ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift and carry items up to 30lbs, and work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Admin Requirements: Displays ability to accurately use digital platforms and programs that are necessary to booking or seating guests (e.g., Open Table, phone system, POS system), as well as general admin platforms (e.g., Google admin suite)
