    Pay Rate:

    _The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour*_

    What You'll Be Doing as a Maintenance Worker:

    + Repair and maintain apartment interiors (paint, patch walls, replace flooring, etc.)

    + Troubleshoot and fix plumbing, electrical, and basic HVAC issues

    + Replace light fixtures, blinds, doors, and other general hardware

    + Respond to work orders and urgent repair requests from property management

    + Perform apartment turnover tasks between student move-ins/outs

    + Maintain cleanliness and safety in common areas

    + Report major maintenance needs to the supervisor or property manager

    + Perform other tasks directed by the supervisor

    Available Shifts:

    Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

    Job Requirements:

    + Previous maintenance, handyman, or property repair experience preferred

    + Comfortable with basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work

    + Strong attention to detail and time management skills

    + Must be dependable, professional, and safety-conscious

    + Background check required
