    Requirements:

    + Must have an active DC SO License

    + Must be 21 or older

    + Pass a drug screen and background check

    **Shift:** Must have 2-shift availability (must be able to work weekends)

    **Pay Rate:** $22.00 per hour

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Be the friendly face and first point of contact.

    + Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is essential.

    + Physical Endurance: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

    + Flexibility: Must be available for weekend shifts.

    Your Responsibilities:

    + Ensure Safety: Observe and report activities at client sites.

    + Protect Property: Provide security and safety for client property and respond to incidents.

    + Maintain Vigilance: Frequent sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and navigating uneven terrain.

    + Handle Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
