About the Role:
The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team aims to provide a comprehensive, cross-functional perspective on risks, ensuring their effective prioritization and management in alignment with the Company’s strategic goals. The Enterprise Risk Officer will play a critical role in overseeing risk reporting and analytics for the Company, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable insights into enterprise-wide risk exposures. This position requires a deep understanding of risk management frameworks, financial risk analysis, and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of risk management, particularly financial risk, and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)'s role in the second line of defense. Deep curiosity and aptitude for understanding the connections between risk information, ensuring effective risk assessment and communication. A talent for developing and implementing program requirements/enhancements into a user-friendly interface to streamline risk management practices. Excellent collaboration and soft skills, including strong written communication abilities. A high level of comfort in interacting with senior leadership regularly, contributing valuable insights and fostering strategic alignment on risk-related matters. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to influence risk strategy and execution, working at the intersection of analytics, governance, and enterprise-wide risk management.
+ Oversee the preparation and presentation of risk reports for executive leadership, Committees, and the Board of Directors, providing critical insights for strategic decision-making.
+ Collaborate with risk partners across corporate divisions to ensure comprehensive risk analysis, data integrity, and analytical alignment with the bank’s risk appetite.
+ Manage enterprise risk data infrastructure, leveraging advanced analytics and reporting solutions to enhance visibility into emerging risks and trends.
+ Collaborate with department-wide initiatives aimed at proactive risk identification and mitigation, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory expectations.
+ Perform data management activities, including querying, interpreting, and analyzing data to extract meaningful insights.
+ Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure accuracy and integrity, while delivering comprehensive reporting solutions that support informed decision-making.
+ Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
+ Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
+ Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation P, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
+ May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

About You:
+ Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or other applicable discipline or equivalent experience. Required
+ 5+yearsof banking, risk management, compliance, finance, or IT/Ops experience.Required
+ Expert knowledge of tools and techniques employed in risk identification, risk assessment, monitoring, and reporting.
+ Strong knowledge of operational and enterprise risk management concepts, best practices, and regulatory guidance.
+ Demonstrate ability to independently manage multiple and complex work efforts, which involves directing other key stakeholders across the bank.
+ Possess strong oral and written communication skills, critical thinking, and analytical skillset. Ability to present complex information to a variety of different audiences.
+ Advanced skills in MicrosoftPowerBI, Excel (PowerPivot,PowerQuery), Microsoft PowerPoint, and knowledge of GRC systems helpful.

We offer a competitive total rewards package including basewagesand comprehensive benefits. Thepayrange for this role is$78,000.00 - $120,000.00,and the pay rate for theselected candidate isdependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factorsincluding, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The rolemay beeligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
