Primary Purpose
The Sr Manager Finance, is an integral part of the Finance team reporting to the VP Finance. This role
supports corporate SG&A functions including HR, IT, Legal, Finance, and other administrative
departments. The Sr. Manager Finance is responsible for analyzing financial performance, developing
forecasts and budgets, and providing strategic insights to drive cost efficiency and operational
effectiveness across corporate functions. This position requires a strong understanding of SG&A cost
drivers, corporate overhead allocation, and cross-functional collaboration to support enterprise-wide
financial goals. This position works in the details to help maximize profitably for the enterprise. You must
have a solid understanding of not only the financials, but other functions in the business including
marketing, sales, and operations.
Essential Functions
• Partner with corporate function leaders (HR, IT, Legal, Finance, etc.) to manage and optimize
SG&A spend.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for corporate departments.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and cost management
initiatives.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency and resource
allocation.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior leadership, highlighting key trends
and risks.
• Support corporate initiatives such as system implementations, process improvements, and
organizational restructuring.
• Ensure alignment of financial reporting and planning with enterprise-wide FP&A standards.
• Collaborate with accounting and business partners to ensure accurate accruals and expense
recognition.
• Perform other duties as assigned

ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization
• Experience with NetSuite ERP or similar financial systems strongly preferred
• Ability to extract, analyze, and report financial data using NetSuite dashboards and saved
searches
• Familiarity with NetSuite modules such as General Ledger, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial
Reporting
• Highly organized with a careful attention to detail and a bias for action
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access & PowerPoint
• Tableau knowledge is a plus

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
Salary Range
$105,600.00 – $158,400.00 / year
