    Rite-Solutions, Inc is currently seeking skilled and motivated candidates for a full-time Senior Financial Analyst position in Middletown, RI. This position will be a hybrid position assuming good performance.

     

    The Senior Financial Analyst role leads all aspects of planning, budgeting, and execution of awarded and future government contracts. In this role, you will partner with all levels of the organization to deliver accurate forecasting and financial reporting for multimillion-dollar contracts. As a senior member of the team, you will also serve as a mentor to help develop junior level financial analysts with the goal of building a strong finance team.

    Program Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Support Program Managers across multiple government contracts in developing Estimate to Complete (ETC) projections and conduct monthly variance analysis comparing actuals to plans for Labor and Material/Travel Other Direct Costs.

    + Track Revenue and Fee performance and communicate insights with your data analysis to Program Managers and Business Unit Managers.

    + Develop and update Annual Plan and Quarterly Forecast Inputs for Corporate Forecasting utilizing Planning Module in Deltek Costpoint. Ensure timely and accurate submission of corporate financial forecasts with variance analysis as needed.

    + Provide guidance and support to junior and mid-level financial analysts, assisting them with resources, training, and expertise as needed to ensure their success

    + Perform data reconciliation as needed.

    + Conduct a timely and accurate review of employee timesheets at each pay period close and during month-end processing.

    + Support contract set up including development of charge numbers and completion of project work authorizations for employee workforce management.

    + Recommend methods for effective and efficient use of funding in the budget and planning years and analyze obligation and disbursement rates against budget.

    + Support customer meetings including syncs with Government customers and monthly/quarterly financial reviews as required.

    + Support ad-hoc analyses for stakeholders ranging from Government POCs, Managers, and Company Executives.

    + Support ad-hoc data calls for the CFO, as required.

    + Promote the protection of all sensitive data.

    + Handle demanding situations with clarity, focus and professionalism, and respond quickly to short-suspense taskers.

     

    Requirements / Skills

     

    + 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting or related fields with a strong preference for experience in government contracting.

    + An ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a similar business degree. A lessor or different degree, combined with experience that exceeds the minimum requirements, will also be considered

    + Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

    + Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are a must.

    + Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders including Senior Management, Program Managers, Government POCs, and colleagues.

    + US Citizenship required and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD secret security clearance, active clearance preferred.

    + DELTEK COSTPOINT experience is strongly desired
