This leadership position is responsible for the planning and executing of all distribution and receiving functions for the Holly Springs, MS warehouse. This role leads warehouse planning and analysis; metric development and achievement; ensures optimal material handling efficiencies.

+ Responsible for Onsite Warehouse Operations, Receiving, and Expediting

+ Responsible for the planning and executing of all distribution and receiving functions for the warehouse through accurate, on-time, and damage-free delivery to customers and sister plants

+ Leads warehouse planning and analysis; metric development and achievement; ensures optimal material handling efficiencies

+ Identifies cost reduction opportunities to achieve continuously evolving service and cost targets across the siding warehouse network. Creates CAPEX requests, leads projects associated with the warehouse, distribution, and receiving functions

+ Accountability priority is for the health and safety of- direct and indirect reports

+ Supporting EHS, Quality & Process Control; Engineering; Maintenance; Production; HR

+ 10% travel required (approximately 4 days per month)

+ 40 hr M-F (8/5) warehouse operation in a 24/5 production site

+ BS Business Management, Engineering or Logistics Studies

+ Lean Six Sigma Black Belt; SPC; Kaizen; Root Cause Analysis; WCM (Preferred)

+ 5 years of managerial experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment

+ Effective Communication (Electronic, Verbal, Team Environment, Presentation Skills), Public Speaking.

+ Proficient in SAP, MS Office (Excel, Microsoft Teams Focused) electronic communications, apps

+ 10% travel
