• Sales Manager, Window and Door

    Saint-Gobain (Amherst, NY)


    Saint-Gobain ADFORS is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager for our Window & Door segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maximizing opportunities with new prospects and existing customers in the designated markets. This role requires limited direct supervision and involves regular communication with the National Sales Manager to ensure a constant flow of information about the market.

    Key responsibilities include:

    + Develop and manage business opportunities with national and regional accounts.

    + Identify, pursue, and close new prospects.

    + Build and maintain relationships with window & door manufacturers, window screen assemblers, and distributors.

    + Establish and implement sales programs for key customers.

    + Resolve customer issues and cultivate relationships.

    + Prepare and present formal proposals.

    + Conduct regular revenue and pipeline forecasting.

    + Prepare yearly business reviews for presentation to buyers and senior management.

    + Stay alert to competitive pricing, products, and programs.

    + Continuously update knowledge of products, applications, and market conditions.

     

    Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required. Minimum 5+ years of work-related skill and experience. Must be sales and service oriented and possess strong organizational skills, be thorough, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The candidate must have a valid driver’s license for business travel up to 50% of the time.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $89,500 to $138,500 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

    In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 15% of base salary based on individual performance measures, with a maximum payout of 30%. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $102,900-TTC to $159,200-TTC. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
