Kelly Science is seeking a Quality Specialist (Hygienist) for a company located in Eau Claire, WI.

Shift: Night Rotating 2-2-3 schedule; 6:00PM to 6:00AM

Employment Type: Full Time; Direct Hire

Responsibilities include:

+ Oversee and analyze pre-requisite programs, updating risk assessments and Food Safety Management Systems.

+ Play a key role in implementing and maintaining environmental monitoring programs.

+ Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.

+ Analyze environmental data to eliminate pathogens.

+ Collaborate with Pest Control to close identified gaps.

+ Develop and execute pre-requisite program training.

+ Ensure compliance with procedures through coaching on the production floor.

+ Coordinate with Project Managers and Contractors for facility hygiene.

+ Lead improvement projects based on cross-functional team feedback.

+ Provide guidance for factory sanitation and continuous program improvements.

+ Conduct GMP, foreign body, and pest control inspections with record maintenance.

+ Participate in HACCP reviews and manage hygiene system records per ISO and regulatory requirements.

+ Support Continuous Improvement for zero defect goals.

+ Ensure compliance with Quality Management System requirements.

+ Identify non-conformance and coordinate Quality/Food Safety risk analysis.

**Qualifications** :

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or a related scientific field.

+ Working knowledge of pathogens and environmental monitoring

+ Experience in pre-requisite programs , hygiene and sanitation strongly preferred.
