As the Community Information Exchange (CIE) Network Manager, you will be at the forefront of innovation, bringing together health, human services, and social service agencies to build stronger, more resilient communities. As the CIE Network Manager, you'll:
+ Build Partnerships That Matter: Collaborate with a diverse range of service providers to maximize the strategic impact of the CIE network and achieve shared goals.
+ Drive Data Integration: Oversee data agreements, security protocols, and seamless integration between stakeholders, ensuring a smooth flow of information.
+ Be a Connector: Align network activities with community needs and outcomes, fostering collaboration across sectors.
+ Empower Partners: Create tools and plans to enhance partners' technical capacity, helping them integrate seamlessly into the CIE network.
+ Support Growth: Lead outreach and onboarding efforts, ensuring new partners are welcomed and supported in their journey.
+ Provide Expert Guidance: Offer technical assistance and referrals, ensuring partners receive top-notch support.
+ Set Standards: Enforce network policies and procedures to maintain integrity and quality.
+ Tell the Story: Compile and share impactful, data-driven reports that highlight successes and opportunities.
+ Manage Resources: Collaborate on financial reporting and resource allocation to sustain and grow the network.
+ Inspire Improvement: Use SWOT analysis to identify growth opportunities to continuously improve the network's impact.

What You'll Bring
+ Education & Experience:
+ Bachelor's degree in social sciences, healthcare, public health, human services, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
+ 7-10 years of relevant experience, including 2-4 years in leadership roles.
+ Expertise in human services and healthcare partnerships.
+ Key Skills:
+ Experience in program evaluation, policy frameworks, and building equity-centered interventions.
+ Advanced computer literacy, particularly with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
+ Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
+ Licensing:
+ A valid driver's license and automotive insurance.
