Leidos’ Defense Systems Manufacturing Sector has an exciting opportunity for a **Material Control Analyst** to support our Hypersonics Integration Facility located in Huntsville, AL. The candidate must possess a very strong work ethic, impeccable attention to detail, multitasking ability, and provide effective communication supported by a philosophy of continuous improvement and adherence to standardized work processes. This position will perform inventory operations supporting materials audits and material handling.

Primary Responsibilities

+ Cycle counting.

+ Stocking/tracking of components.

+ Fulfilling requests for materials.

+ Performing inventory actions using corporate accounting software.

+ Assembling of kits for manufacturing, delivery and pickup of material.

+ Component serialization/marking.

+ Supporting materials audits, material handling, and maintaining cleanliness andorganization.

+ Candidate must be able to demonstrate strong personal organizational skills, attention todetail, and ability to work independently.

Basic Qualifications

+ High School diploma/GED with at least 1 year of relevant inventory control experience.

+ Experience using Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

+ Ability to work with department leadership to contribute to strategic planning and long-term vision for the stockroom team.

+ **Candidate must have a valid driver's license and sufficient driving record to perform delivery and pickup activities.**

+ Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

+ Must be able to work both independently and in a cohesive team environment.

+ Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.

+ Must be a US Citizen and must possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Deltek CostPoint.

+ Electronic component handling requirements.

+ ESD Processes & Procedures.

+ Electronics kitting requirements.

+ Implementation of Lot and/or Date code tracking.

+ Implementation of tracking system for parts that are temporarily located at internal or external assembly locations.

+ Ability to maintain workplace cleanliness with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $34,450.00 - $62,275.00
