    The Dining Services Supervisor supports the overall supervision of dining service and the overall efficiency, sanitation and safety operations of the dining room.

     

    Compensation: commensurate with experience $20.00- $27.00 Hourly

    How you will make an impact:

    + Supervise, schedule, train, evaluate and coach all Continuing Care dining staff.

    + Ensure the proper portioning and service of food, attractive plate presentation, and service of required diets for meals, nourishments, and snacks.

    + Participate in setting up special resident and staff events.

    + Assist in the organization, sanitation, and safety of dining rooms, kitchen, storage area, and loading dock.

    What you will need:

    + High School diploma or GED required.

    + One year of dining room/food service experience, including service and sanitation.

    + Supervisory experience preferred.

    + Applicable food service license or certificate as required by the state, local or federal regulations.

    + Experience with Microsoft computer applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) preferred.

    + Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

    + Ability to work weekends and holidays.
