Positions available are:

Financial Analyst I

Financial Analyst II

Financial Analyst III

Prepares, analyzes and reports key financial information. Develops standard/ad hoc reports to support the needs of the enterprise.

This position is Monday- Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM- hybrid work

Responsibilities:

+ Prepares, analyzes and communicates key financial information and provides support to management and other staff members regarding financial reporting and other related issues.

+ Assists with budget preparation and financial planning processes and budget review for compliance and opportunities.

+ Serves as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.

+ Completes special projects and duties including providing necessary research, forecasting and conflict resolution.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Education:

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field such as Math, Computer Science or Data Analytics.

+ A High School diploma/GED and four years of experience may substitute the experience and education requirements.

+ An Associate's degree and two years of experience may substitute the experience and education requirements

Certifications:

+ Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Account (CMA) certification preferred.

Complexity of Work:

+ Requires critical thinking skills, attention to detail, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

+ Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

+ Ability to complete basic analytical, consultative and information support through analysis and report preparation.

+ Awareness of key performance indicators, cash flow analysis, product line analysis and proposal development.

Work Experience:(** **Financial Analyst I):

+ One year of Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, Investment Banking or Management Consulting experience preferred.

+ Offset: High School diploma/GED and four years of experience.

+ Offset: Associate's degree and two years of experience.

Work Experience (Financial Analyst II)

+ Minimum of two years of financial or revenue cycle management or general analytical experience.

+ Healthcare experience preferred.

+ Offset: High School diploma/GED and six years of experience.

+ Offset: Associate's degree and four years of experience.

+ Offset: Master's degree and one year of experience.

+ Offset: Cleveland Clinic Finance Fellow experience may offset one year of required experience.

Work Experience (Financial Analyst III)

+ Minimum of three years financial or revenue cycle management or general analytical experience.

+ Healthcare experience preferred.

+ Offset: Master's Degree and two years of experience

+ Offset: Cleveland Clinic Finance Fellow experience may offset one year of required experience.

+ Ability to complete complex analytical, consultative and information support through analysis and report preparation.

+ Demonstrated critical thinking skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

+ Demonstrated understanding of key performance indicators, cash flow analysis, product line analysis and proposal development.

Physical Requirements:

+ Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.

+ Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.

+ Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.

+ In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system.

+ In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs.

Personal Protective Equipment:

+ Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $20.77

Maximum hourly: $31.68
