Responsibilities:
+ Plan, manage, and execute corporate events, including leadership meetings, company-wide events, and other high-impact engagements.
+ Define event objectives, develop timelines, and manage detailed execution plans.
+ Create and manage event budgets, track spending, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
+ Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships and contracts.
+ Coordinate all logistics including venue setup, transportation, equipment, and staffing.
+ Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies to promote events.Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.
+ Oversee on-site execution and troubleshoot issues to ensure a smooth event experience.
+ Conduct post-event analysis, gather feedback, and make recommendations for improvements.
+ Support procurement and payment processes related to events and trade shows using CACI’s Procure to Pay (P2P) system.
+ Assist with pre- and post-trade show logistics and communications.
+ Prepare reports and summaries for trade show budgets and planning.
Qualifications:
_Required:_
+ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field and 6+ years of relevant experience in event planning or business operations.
+ OR
+ 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
+ Proven track record of managing events end-to-end, with a high attention to detail.
+ Strong budget management and financial reporting skills.
+ Strong organizational and time management abilities with the ability to manage multiple projects.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
_Desired:_
+ Prior experience in national security or defense contracting industry.
+ Experience with P2P purchasing tool.
+ Experience with Asana.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Professional presence and ability to engage with C-Suite executives and senior stakeholders.

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$77,200 - $162,200
