The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager in the C-UxS Division under our Spectrum Superiority line of business (LoB.) In this role, you will contribute to the design and implementation of a QMS that supports our current and new production facilities. Currently, the new production/assembly line and testing of roughly 700 LRUs per year in support of a $25M annual production effort. The Quality Assurance Manager will champion CACI’s Quality Management System (QMS) implementation and structure for the Sterling/Dulles sites. In this role you will establish and maintain CACI’s QMS to ensure that the company’s facilities, equipment, personnel, methods, processes, and procedures conform to both internal guidelines and regulatory standards. The Quality Assurance Manager will also motivate the CACI team in continuous improvement
efforts and defect reduction initiatives.
Responsibilities:
+ Evaluate the Quality Management System (QMS) strategically to ensure products and processes align with quality, integrity, functionality, and traceability standards.
+ Lead the CACI C-UxS Division sites in becoming AS9100 certified.
+ Lead/Develop quality process improvements related to incoming, in-process, and final inspection. Support inspection activities directly until other support personnel can be hired and trained.
+ Own the calibration of tools and equipment process. Drive the organization to 100% compliance through leveraging organizational section heads and leads. (i.e. Engineering, Production, Shipping, etc.)
+ Work with section heads to achieve 100% compliance with the Maintenance log.
+ Develop the supporting documentation to frame a structured environment that forms the foundation for a mature AS9100 QMS.
+ Own/Manage the CACI C-UxS Division ICAR, NCR, CAR, and SCAR logs and drive open actions to closure.
+ Start/Head the material review board (MRB) to drive the disposition of noncompliant materials in a timely manner.
+ Support the Program Management teams with the customer compliant log to drive issues to resolution. (evaluate the complaint, meet with stakeholders, determine a root cause, implement a plan, help document the response to the customer)
+ Perform internal audits and be the site lead for audits supporting external compliance and customers.
+ Collaborate with management and senior staff across production and materials departments to establish acceptable quality metrics.
+ Review RFQs to establish/gage quality requirements related to taking on new business or opportunities. Provide gap analysis that covers resources or capabilities constraints and the cost/plan to close the gaps.
+ Provide weekly/monthly/yearly data that captures key corporate metrics performance and work with section heads to develop CI initiatives that are targeted at rectifying issues with poor performing areas of the business.
+ Assess yield results and collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Materials departments to enhance overall quality output.
+ Establish a supplier score card system and approved vendor list. Establish and enforce the approved vendor list by auditing vendors and controlling the overall approval process of adding new vendors to the list.
+ Witness unit functional and acceptance testing to ensure program/customer compliance.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
+ 10 years’ related experience in a Quality Assurance Management role.
+ Experience in a quality driven (ISO9100, AS9100) manufacturing environment with quality inspection, auditing of quality systems, and testing experience required.
+ Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA. Experience with implementation and overseeing a corrective action program.
+ Experience with incorporating QMS data and metrics into MRP systems and using MRP systems as an effective management tool.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$99,800 - $219,600
