Job Summary:
The Sr. Operations Analyst is a senior level position responsible for leading complex operational projects and initiatives. This role involves conducting advanced analyses of operational processes, performing in-depth data analysis, and developing strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. The Sr. Analyst works closely with cross functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, this role involves mentoring and training junior staff and providing technical expertise to support continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting
• Conduct data analysis using various tools and techniques
• Prepare comprehensive reports for management and stakeholders
• Identify trends and patterns to improve operational efficiency
Process Improvement and Optimization
• Evaluate current processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement process optimization strategies
• Monitor and track progress of process improvement initiatives
Project Management
• Oversee and manage projects related to operations and business processes
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure project success
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
Risk Management
• Identify potential risks and develop risk management strategies
• Monitor and assess risk levels and make recommendations for mitigation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement risk management measures
Compliance and Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Conduct audits and reviews to identify compliance gaps and make recommendations
• Develop and implement compliance training programs for employees
Stakeholder Communication
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and share information
• Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders
• Act as a liaison between different departments and teams.

Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with at least 4 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
• In-depth understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
• Experience with developing and implementing inventory management policies and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
Salary range:
$72,300.00 - $130,100.00
