    Are you organized, dependable, and great at keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Mail Room Clerk to be the heartbeat of our mail and supply operations! In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in keeping our office connected and efficient.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    You will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the mail room. The key to success includes a strong attention to detail, the ability to stay organized, communicate clearly with a helpful attitude, comfortable using technology, and the ability to lift and move packages as needed.

     

    + Sort, process, and distribute incoming mail and packages across the office

    + Prepare and send outgoing mail and shipments

    + Receive and log inbound deliveries from major carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS etc.)

    + Operate mailroom equipment such as postage machines, label makers, and Microsoft Office tools

    + Coordinate internal delivery and supply requests across departments

    + Track and maintain office supply inventory and place restock orders when needed

    + Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for mail-related inquiries

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: (Required)

    + Education and Experience: HS/GED and 0 years

    + PC experience in Windows environment.

    + Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, Web-enabled applications, and database software.

    + Ability to lift at least 40 pounds

    + Must be 18 years of age or older

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Desired but not required)

    + Prior shipping and receiving experience

    + Ability to flourish in a “team-first” environment.

    + Problem solving and analytical abilities

    + Ability to stand for long periods of time

    + Manages time effectively and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines

    + Able to work efficiently with minimal guidance or supervision
