    Description

    Are you seeking rewarding, practical administrative support experience with a world class science and education firm? The ARA office in Panama City, Fl is seeking a part-time Administrative Intern to work supporting our corporate IT staff.

    Duties Include but are not limited to:

    + Using Microsoft Office software

    + Locating, Inventorying, and documenting hardware

    + Transcribing serial numbers into inventory database

    + Preparing, formatting, and saving created documents

    + Conferring with IT personnel

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Basic computer and Microsoft Office Suite experience

    + Must be proficient in MS Word, and Excel

    + Must have demonstrated scholastic excellence.

    + Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interests

    + Works well as a member of a group

    + Motivated

    + Inspired to perform without outside help
