Major Responsibilities
- Under general supervision, with latitude for independent initiative and judgment, provide exemplary customer service in a timely matter to the public, Agency personnel and Agency consultants by retrieving and disseminating requested documents.
- Perform various clerical tasks, data entry and filing.
- Handle fragile documents, large heavy rolls of paper and mylar.
- Retrieve, lift, and file forms, shop drawings, approvals, rolls of plans, oversize plan file folders, specifications and other documents relating to capital construction projects. Climb a step stool and ladders to obtain necessary documents.
- Inventory and pack documents for transport to an off-site storage facility.
- Operate standard office equipment including computer, word processor, copy machine and microfiche reader.
- Assist with the operation of the wide format print machines, scanner, document binding equipment and distribution of contract bid documents.
- Coordinate the fabrication of signage and other large, printed materials, which includes operating a latex print machine, laminator and grommet machine, ensuring the highest standard of quality in production.

Qualifications
Qualification Requirements
1. High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to duties described above; or
2. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" above.

Salary Min: $ 43,143.00
Salary Max: $ 71,800.00
