Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

+ Maintaining Supplier relationships

+ Equipment ordering

+ Working with the business on spec’ing equipment

+ Identifying best lease option

+ Providing lease quotes to the business.

+ Processing orders with supplier/lessor.

+ Updating Fleet Database

+ Setting up E-Files

+ Monitoring leases

+ Coordinating Annual Conference Call

+ Equipment Sales

+ Obtaining buy bids

+ Sending Purchase Agreements

+ Coordinating pickups

+ Updating database

+ Provide Fleet Team support in all aspects of asset management

+ Monitoring and ensure data integrity

+ Generate Management Inventory, Budget & Compliance Reports

+ Evaluate Current Process / Provide Process Improvement Recommendations

Critical Success Factors:

+ Openness to change to reduce inefficiencies, process deviations, and strategy deviations.

+ Independent thinker

Preferred Experience:

+ Fleet/Asset Management

+ Project Management Skills

+ Experience with SAP PD5 and S4 platforms

Requirements:

+ Fluent (Speech and Writing) in English

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

+ Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders and suppliers

+ Proficient in communications and teambuilding skills
