    Job Overview:

    Inventory Control Specialist

     

    _Location: 931 South Highland Ave,Tucson,Arizona,85719]_

     

    The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for verifying inventory accuracy by checking figures, postings, and documentation. This role plays a key part in supporting inventory processes, warehouse efficiency, and compliance standards.

    _Shift/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM_

    _Flexibility to work overtime and holidays as needed based on business demands._

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Conduct physical inventory of full goods and enter data into spreadsheets and SAP.

    + Utilize RF scanners and perform manual counts as required.

    + Perform age inventory audits to ensure proper product rotation.

    + Administer and ensure adherence to cycle count procedures.

    + Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies; resolve related questions.

    + Create stock transport orders (STOs) for inter-location transfers.

    + Support month-end inventory accounting and resolve related warehouse issues.

    + Prepare, maintain, and distribute inventory-related reports.

    + Ensure SOX compliance by following inventory-specific checklists.

    + Support general warehouse operations as needed.

    + Conduct daily warehouse walks to verify signage and slotting accuracy.

    + Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to optimize product slotting.

    + Manage monthly date code reporting.

    + Oversee damaged and returned product handling.

    + Maintain and organize POS areas, including soft and glide racks.

    + Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Total Rewards:

    + Pay starting at $23.75 per hour.

    Requirements:

    + Experience in supply planning or inventory control.

    + Proficiency with RF scanning technology.

    + Experience with SAP or similar Warehouse Management Systems.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    + Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed.
