    Job Summary

    Position Type: Weekday, Flexible Shifts

     

    + Breakfast: 6 am - 10:30 am

    + Lunch: 11 am - 3 pm

    + All Day: 6 am - 3 pm

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Server at Reser Stadium, located at Oregon State University. This position offers an exciting opportunity to serve student-athletes during breakfast and lunch throughout the year in a buffet-style meal setting. (Opportunities to work on game days and catering events).

    Responsibilities:

    + Serve food and drinks to guests with professionalism and efficiency.

    + Work in a variety of positions, including floor support and chef table/buffet attendance.

    + Keep buffet setups clean, organized, and well-stocked.

    + Set up, stock, maintain, open, and close your assigned spaces and stations.

    + Assist in club and food space setup before doors open on game days.

    + Take advantage of extra hours offered for pre-game stocking, organizing, and setup.

    + Ensure food items are replenished promptly.

    + Help maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area.

    + Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow team members to provide an excellent dining experience.

    + Perform additional tasks as needed.

    Required Skills & Abilities

    + Commitment to working all home football games throughout the season.

    + Ability to obtain an OLCC license and Food Handler card if not already obtained.

    + Availability for weekday shifts

    + Minimum one year of experience in the food industry, restaurants, catering, or service.

    + Wine service, tray handling, and beverage experience is a plus.

    + Strong customer service skills.

    + Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays of food.

    + Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    + Previous experience in food service is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
