    Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

    • Learn how to set-up

    • Adjust and proficiently operate the machines required to perform the assigned operations, on a variety of work requiring close tolerances and finish.

    • Perform all operations in accordance with the specified guidelines and instructions, while exercising safety for oneself and others.

    • WORKING CONDITIONS-Heavy industrial environment, including, but not limited to exposure to heat, cold, dust, dirt.

    • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS-Bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 40 pounds or more.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including heavy lifting, working in extreme heat, and wearing a respirator (reasonable accommodation provided as needed)

    • 2 Years of Forklift experience Preferred.

    • Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures

    • Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes

    • Reliable attendance and work performance

    • Successful completion of a drug screen and background check

    • Must be at least 18 years old
