Job Summary
Full-Time | Culinary Leadership Role
Are you a passionate culinary professional ready to take the lead? We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations for a high-profile healthcare dining account in Albany, NY. In this leadership role, you will direct a dedicated culinary team, manage food production, and ensure adherence to the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and manage all kitchen operations and culinary team members
+ Plan, develop, and execute innovative menus that align with client expectations and food trends
+ Control food and labor costs to ensure financial goals are met
+ Manage purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships
+ Implement and maintain safety and sanitation protocols in compliance with health regulations
+ Collaborate with marketing and culinary teams to roll out new food programs and promotions
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
+ 3-5 years of progressive culinary management experience
+ Proven success in high-volume production and catering environments
+ Strong knowledge of food and labor cost controls
+ Leadership-driven, with a passion for excellence and team development
+ Eagerness to grow within a leading foodservice organization
