Job Summary:

The RVP will report to a Vice President of Operations a will have a direct reporting team of 4 General Managers. This leadership role is very hands on and operationally engaging. Successful candidates will also have an ownership approach to business.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Actively engage in the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes
+ Manage accounts with an estimated value of $35M+, ensuring premier service and performance
+ Take charge of large, high-profile accounts, maintaining exceptional standards and client satisfaction
+ Provide guidance and development opportunities for managers to enhance their skills and performance
+ Foster and maintain strong, sensitive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively
+ Apply strong operational and financial skills to drive success and profitability
+ Develop and implement policies to improve income from high-profile accounts
+ Acquire new business and expand existing accounts within the region
+ Manage annual budgets, ensuring compliance with financial goals
+ Complete all required reports as per corporate policy
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
+ At least three (3) years of experience in multi-unit management in restaurant/B&I accounts/catering
+ Strong leadership and operational skills
+ Experience in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving positive customer experiences through effective leadership
+ Expertise in creating and implementing new business models within the food service industry, demonstrating critical thinking and innovation
+ Ability to excel in a fast-paced, profit and loss (P&L) driven environment, with strong financial savvy and decisive leadership
+ Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards
+ Strong skills in coaching and developing managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
+ Ability to maintain and nurture sensitive client relationships, addressing their needs and concerns effectively
+ High-level operational and financial competence, with a consistent record of driving profitability and growth
+ Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex situations and make informed decisions
+ Must be willing to be in the field 4-5 days a week visiting accounts/clients - all accounts are in the L.A. area
