Our facility in Littleton, CO has an immediate opportunity for a **level 2** Manufacturing Support Team Member to join our mission\.
In this role you will\.\.\.
•Perform planning, execution, and maintenance of demand, and supply orders for assigned material components and subassemblies
oYou will schedule and release material requests to inventory stores
oYou will prepare, audit, and release material kits to production
oYou will support the assembly area with consumable materials
oYou will maintain the ERP system integrity to drive accurate material and production schedules
oYou will identify and resolve material availability and supply chain issues
•Provide timely status of work products and/or problem identification and resolution as part of shop floor control efforts
oPerform look ahead analysis to proactively manage potential upcoming conflicts and obstacles in order to minimize any impact to hardware delivery
oYou will interface with manufacturing, engineering, quality, receiving inspection, procurement, and inventory management personnel to ensure product support requirements are met
oMaintain a close partnership with the MMC shop floor control and scheduling teams as well as leadership
oCoordinate PP&C interfaces with other stakeholders including the Manufacturing Centers, Inventory Operations, Program Master Scheduling, Quality Assurance, Transportation, and Procurement
•Present overall material and end item status to MMC management and customers and engage with Operations Planning leadership to ensure strategic goals and initiatives are progressing to plan
oDemonstrate a clear understanding of work in process and be able to clearly and effectively communicate status, issues and path forward plans to multiple levels of the organization \(MMC Leadership, MMC Directors, MFG VP\), as well as communicate schedule and cost performance data to program stakeholders
•Identify process improvements that will prove to reduce production cost and improve schedule performance
Our level 2 employees typically have 3\-6 years of experience\.

Basic Qualifications:
•Must have 2\-3 years of prior experience in a manufacturing, production, logistics, and/or operations environment
•Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
•Experience working with an ERP system
•Lean Six Sigma processes
•Due to work location requirements and programs being supported, U\.S\. citizenship is required
Desired Skills:
•Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Planning, Business Management, Business Administration
•SAP experience preferred
•High Problem solving
•Good communication skill

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
**Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York \(excluding most major metropolitan areas\), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 \- $106,835\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as \(but not limited to\) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer\.

Represented full time employees accrue 6\.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays\. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year\.
This position is incentive plan eligible\.
