What You'll Do
Principal Financial Group is seeking a Sr Executitve Compensation Analyst. You will support the implementation, communication, and administration of executive compensation programs, including base pay, equity, and incentive plans. In addition, you will manage key processes and projects, ensures data accuracy, and collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective program delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Administer executive compensation programs, including equity tracking, incentive modeling, and financial planning tools.
+ Maintain reports and analyses related to funding, stock ownership, long-term incentives, and survey submissions.
+ Coordinate with external stock plan vendors, ensuring timely delivery of services and resolution of issues.
+ Contribute to annual planning, program implementation, process documentation, and tool development.
+ Draft executive and Board-level compensation communications and support confidential reporting needs.
+ Assist senior team members in addressing executive inquiries and providing data for decision-making.
+ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Who You Are
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 4+ years of HR experience, compensation experience preferred.
+ Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, decision making, project management, and time management skills
+ Must be able to work independently
+ Must be able to manage assignments of substantial variety and complexity
+ Must be able to work with all levels of management
+ Must be proficient in Excel with intermediate math skills and demonstrated analytical ability
+ Position requires strong degree of accuracy with strong attention to detail
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality essential
+ Must be results oriented and respond well to tight deadlines
+ Minimal travel may be required
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$67500 - $121200 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
