Job Summary

In this role you will perform a wide variety of duties connected with general equipment maintenance and facility maintenance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

+ Help maintain cleanliness of equipment.

+ Help maintain cleanliness of facilities walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures and exterior of building.

+ Trash removal and recycling duties.

+ Complete scheduled preventive maintenance (PM’s) orders as assigned.

+ Aid with pick-up, delivery and storage of essential materials on-site.

+ Completes necessary steps and paperwork as per current procedures.

+ Helps train fellow team members on tasks and processes.

+ Maintain appropriate production levels of supplies (gloves, hearing protection, etc).

+ Observe and report equipment problems, housekeeping issues and prescribed safety precautions and hazards to maintenance planning supervisor.

+ Must comply with all Company work policies and procedures.

+ Follow all safety rules and safety procedures.

+ Other duties as assigned based on business needs.

Additional Responsibilities

Education

+ High School Diploma or GED required

Work Experience

+ 0-3 Years of experience.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

+ Must be proficient at basic math and able to read and write.

License and Certifications

Travel Requirements

5%: Up to 13 business days per year

Physical Requirements

Medium-Exerting up to 50lb/22kg of force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs/9kg of force frequently, and/or up to 10lbs/4kgs of force constantly to move objects.
