About this role:
As a Family Medicine Physician, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will see a mix of geriatric, adult and a small number of pediatric patients. Patient volume is 23-28 patients per day.
+ This position includes a **$15,000** starting bonus, and up to **$20,000** in relocation assistance
+ Your schedule will be 4 10-hour days per week
+ Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm.
+ You will be on call 1 week every 9 weeks

What you’ll bring:
+ MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
+ ACGME accredited residency training in Family Medicine
+ ABMS board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
+ Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
+ BLS certification and DEA
+ Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

Life in Southwest Utah
Known as Festival City USA, Cedar City, UT offers constant opportunity for family-friendly fun and entertaining events. The area is known for its breathtaking scenery and is the gateway to the nation’s largest concentration of national parks. Nearby recreational activities include camping, hiking, backpacking, fishing and mountain biking. There is a moderate four-season climate, and during winter months residents can ski in the morning and play golf in nearby communities in the afternoon. Summer activities include the Utah Summer Games and the Utah Shakespearean Festival, recipient of the Tony Award for Outstanding Regional Theatre. Cedar City is also home to Southern Utah University.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$7.25 - $999.99
