As a _top 10 national provider_ of home-based care, **Elara Caring** is changing lives through compassion and connection. We’re looking for a **Hospice Liaison/Sales Account Executive** who’s ready to make a real difference—for patients, families, and the healthcare community.
•** **Position Overview
As a Hospice Liaison, you’ll play a critical role in expanding access to hospice services. This isn’t just a sales role—it’s a mission-driven opportunity to help patients and families receive care with dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Educate healthcare professionals and families about hospice benefits
+ Build referral partnerships with providers and facilities
+ Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient transitions
+ Represent Elara in community outreach and events
+ Advocate for timely, compassionate care access
•** **What You Bring
+ 🎓 High School diploma; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred)
+ 💼 Experience in medical sales, post-acute care, or DME; **_Hospice sales is highly preferred_**
+ 🤝 Proven ability to build trust-based, strategic relationships
+ 💬 Strong communication, problem-solving, and sales skills
+ 🚗 Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and willingness to travel locally
+ 🤝 Self-starter attitude with a team-first mindset
